All content is XHTML 1.0 compliant and adheres to the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). Any style sheets used have been tested against the CSS 2 standard. All pages validate as WAI double-A compliant.

You can use your browser text resize option to enlarge all text, including headings.

Each page contains a Skip Navigation link (see Access Keys below) which takes you to the beginning of the content area.

Access Keys

Several access or shortcut keys exist on all pages:

These keys will take you to the corresponding pages. Simply press the appropriate key along with whichever key your browser uses for access keys (e.g. the Alt key in IE). Internet Explorer users should press the enter key in order to execute the desired access key.
